About Us

Kona Construction is a residential building company specializing in coastal living. We have
completed a wide range of projects along the Grand Strand coastline, from high-end
renovations to new construction homes. Kona is licensed, bonded, and insured to meet all
residential building needs.

Kona Construction began as a paint company in 2016 and grew into a full-service
residential builder by early 2020. While we focus on high-end renovations, we also take on
smaller home improvement projects. Our primary goal is to deliver an exceptional finished
product while maintaining open and consistent communication with homeowners
throughout the entire process.
